Responsibilities

• Track status of account activities and take a lead role in proactively sharing updates with clients
• Be an active participant in client meetings
• Assist in ongoing tracking of content being routed and shared
• Work with the community management team on best practices and identifying proactive responses
• Identify trends and proactive moments for the brand to participate in through community management or content
• Educate clients on the latest happenings in social media
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and agency partners for all content/asset needs from ideation to asset delivery across teams and platforms

Requirements

• BA or BS in communications or related field
• 2-4 years of related communications experience
• An understanding of how to post on social media
• The ability to learn and utilize a suite of social media publishing tools
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; self-starter, able to work independently and interdependently across a diverse organization
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Ability to think critically about account work, ask questions as needed and effectively solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and internal teams
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrates ability to interact with senior level clients

Preferred

• Experience with paid social is a plus
• Interest in growing knowledge of the Automotive industry and its audiences (luxury, truck, EV)
• Willingness to learn, utilize, and educate with AI
• Familiarity with social platform capabilities, best practices and trends
