Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Create high-converting ad copy, hooks, and creatives
  • Develop engaging content (images, short-form video, reels, ad variations)
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and continuously improve campaigns
  • Stay compliant with healthcare advertising policies + LegitScript guidelines
  • Test, iterate, and scale campaigns that drive real patient acquisition
  • Collaborate with our internal team on branding, offers, and funnels

Requirements

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook)
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, wellness, or medical advertising
  • Strong understanding of LegitScript compliance
  • Ability to write scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ad copy
  • Experience creating or directing high-quality ad creatives
  • Data-driven mindset — you understand what metrics matter and why
  • Comfortable using (or eager to use) AI tools for content, copy, and optimization
  • Someone who stays ahead of trends

Preferred

  • Have scaled campaigns in regulated industries (health, pharma, supplements)
  • Know how to work around ad disapprovals the right way
  • Understand funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
  • Have a portfolio or examples of past campaigns
