Job Summary

Own and execute holistic marketing for two growing brands, from defining identity and voice to campaigns, lifecycle, and local store marketing, while coordinating content, social channels, and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity & Point of View — Define and hold each brand's voice, POV, and look. Somedays and Kostantina should never sound the same — and both should sound like themselves everywhere they show up.
  • Organic Social & Content — Own the social calendar and make the content — shoot, edit, and produce on-site across pastry, café, and froyo. Publish, manage community, and keep a consistent presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Own Our LinkedIn — Build and run both brands' LinkedIn presence — company storytelling, culture, hiring, and franchise-facing content that positions Somedays as a brand worth joining and investing in.
  • Campaign Strategy — Plan and run campaigns end to end — launches, seasonal pushes, collabs, and always-on content — each tied to a clear business goal.
  • Email, SMS & Lifecycle — Own email and SMS for both brands, and lead marketing for the coming loyalty program and app — turning followers and first-time guests into repeat customers.
  • New-Location & Local Marketing — Market grand openings and local moments on the ground — neighborhood awareness, community partnerships, and events that tie each store to its area.
  • Growth & Audience — Grow reach, followers, and engagement with intention. Test formats, learn what works, and double down on what moves the numbers.
  • Driving Store Sales — Connect marketing to the register. Build content and campaigns that put people in seats and cups in hands, and track how activity supports location-level sales.
  • Collaboration — Partner with store teams, culinary, and leadership to surface the best stories, coordinate launches, and keep both brands moving in the same direction.
  • Analytics & Reporting — Track performance against clear goals, attribute activity to traffic and sales where you can, and bring a point of view on where to go next — recommendations, not just dashboards.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing and social experience for a consumer brand — ideally food, hospitality, or retail
  • A strong content portfolio: you can shoot and edit photo and short-form video that performs
  • Native fluency in Instagram and TikTok, plus hands-on email/SMS or lifecycle marketing experience
  • A point of view — you can build and defend a brand identity, not just execute a brief
  • Comfortable owning strategy and doing the hands-on work: this is a builder role, not a delegator role
  • Collaborative and self-directed: you work well with teams and own your lane without hand-holding
  • Motivated by driving real store sales, and able to connect marketing activity to business results
  • Organized enough to run two brands across multiple channels at once without dropping either

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $90,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
  • Full ownership of marketing for two growing brands — real creative latitude, and a path to build a team as they scale
  • A clear path within a fast-growing franchise company, with room to shape the function as it scales
  • A team that holds a real standard, values craft, and lets a strong point of view lead
  • Flexible schedule
