Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Create and post daily content (short-form video, reels, graphics, educational posts)
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate mortgage leads
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
Work with loan officers to create content (rate updates, loan programs, market insights)
Build and manage email/text marketing campaigns (CRM experience preferred)
Coordinate with partners (realtors, developers) for co-branded marketing
Stay on top of trends in real estate, mortgages, and social media
