Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate with assigned social media clients
• Understand each client’s brand voice, goals, and target audience
• Ensure all content aligns with client expectations and brand standards
• Plan and create engaging social media content (posts, captions, and graphics)
• Design graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for each post
• Schedule and publish content according to content calendars
• Research industry trends, platform updates, and content ideas
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve client performance
• Adapt strategies based on trends and audience behavior

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred

• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
• Have agency experience
• Understand Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
• Can edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
