Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and current metrics
• Manage posting multiple times per week on multiple accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (images and video)
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
• Engage with comments, messages, and mentions to build community and solve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across each of our brands
• Coordinate with the design team and operations for larger campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics to increase engagement and market reach
• Manage paid social campaigns and influencer marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
• 2-4+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive under deadlines
• Photography, video production, and editing skills are highly valued
• Experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Creative Cloud)
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a bonus
