Job Summary
Own Vietnamese social content and community flow; manage brand social channels (TikTok, Facebook), drive growth and engagement, and guide onboarding with clear, channel-driven messaging.
- Social ownership: own the Vietnamese audience growth and multi-channel content strategy.
- Content & onboarding: produce posts and short videos for the Vietnamese market and guide users through onboarding.
- Performance focus: monitor metrics and iterate on content with marketing/design collaboration.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the brand's social media channels, primarily TikTok and Facebook.
- Create content: posts, short videos, and stories tailored to the Vietnamese audience.
- Drive audience growth and engagement across platforms.
- Guide users through the brand's communication channels and support them during the onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team on content strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve results.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in SMM or content creation.
- Understanding of basic performance metrics and marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok and/or Facebook.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and local audience behavior.
- Native or fluent Vietnamese; English B1+.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred
- experience in digital marketing with a performance or KPI focus.
