Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Create high-quality Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, photography, graphics, and written content.
• Capture content inside the spa, including treatments, staff, behind-the-scenes footage, and client experiences.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Write engaging captions in both English and Spanish that align with our brand guidelines.
• Respond to comments, DMs in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends and create timely, engaging content.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and local businesses.
• Plan and execute giveaways, promotions, and community engagement campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years minimum of professional social media management experience.
• Proven success growing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube accounts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ASMR video editing, photography, and social media content.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience managing paid social media advertising is preferred.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
