Responsibilities

• Film and edit phone content independently using CapCut
• Create and edit TikToks and Instagram Reels optimized for each platform
• Design and post Instagram and Facebook story content
• Schedule and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts using Later
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments promptly to foster community engagement
• Stay current on trending audio, content formats, and platform algorithm changes
• Organize and maintain content archives in Google Drive
• Pull and report basic monthly analytics per client account using platform insights
• Interpret performance data and make recommendations based on what the numbers show
• Shoot behind-the-scenes content on shoot days

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or agency environment
• Must be proficient in CapCut — required
• Experience creating and managing TikTok and Instagram content
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and platform-specific best practices
• Experience with social media analytics and ability to interpret performance data
• Familiarity with scheduling tools — Later preferred, Hootsuite or Buffer experience accepted
• Ability to monitor brand sentiment and identify trending topics across platforms
• Basic graphic design skills in Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Able to write captions in a brand voice from a provided guide
• Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
