Responsibilities

• Client Relations: 00Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• 00Manage multiple clients, deadlines, projects, and priorities; facilitate client and internal meetings, maintaining detailed notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• 00Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, support account growth, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking:00Bring a strong understanding of social media, digital culture, marketing, and content creation.
• 00Collaborate with the creative team to ensure work aligns with both client objectives and creative vision.
• 00Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
• 00Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, art, design, and emerging platforms to help inform creative direction.
• 00Must have a strong pulse on culture, creativity, and what makes content resonate; not just what's trending, but why it's working.
• 00Lead the development of creative briefs, shot lists, mood boards, and content concepts when needed.
• Account Success + Organization:00Oversee project execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media with an agency or in-house marketing background.
• Previous account management or client-facing experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations throughout Miami.
• Comfortable creating content and participating in on-site content shoots.
