Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Social Media Manager at 6FC is responsible for building, operating, and scaling the companyâs content and distribution engine across all short-form platforms.
- This role owns the end-to-end social media ecosystem â from strategy and content production to publishing, performance tracking, and optimization â with the goal of turning attention into creators, and creators into revenue.
- They will transform 6FCâs daily activity (calls, coaching, results, community) into high-volume, high-performing content that drives growth across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling social media accounts
- Deep understanding of short form content & long form content
- Strong content intuition (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
- Ability to manage a team (editors, VAs, creators)
- Highly organized and execution-focused
