Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Trend Sourcing: Scrolling TikTok and Reels to identify emerging audios, memes, and "core" aesthetics before they peak. 📈
  • Competitor Audits: Keeping an eye on what other brands are doing (and doing it better). 👀
  • Generational Knowledge: Being our resident expert on Gen Z/Gen Alpha slang, humor, and platform etiquette. 🎓
  • Short-Form Video: Filming and editing "unfiltered" Lo-Fi content, "Day in the Life" clips, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage. 🎬
  • Graphic Design: Creating high-engagement, aesthetic carousels in Canva . ✨
  • Caption Writing: Drafting "human-sounding" copy that actually passes the vibe check (no corporate-speak allowed). ✍️
  • Social Content Calendar: Mapping out the month’s posts so we always have a consistent flow. 📅
  • Scheduling: Mastering Sprout Social to hit those peak engagement times. ⏰
  • Community Management: Being the voice of the brand! You’ll respond to comments and DMs with our specific "voice" via Sprout Social . 🗣️

  • Platform Pro: You have deep knowledge of Instagram , TikTok , and YouTube . 📱
  • Eye for Design: You’re already comfortable whipping things up in Canva . 🖌️
