Job Summary

Own social voice and content engine for a fast-growing fashion brand, focusing on short-form video, live video, and community engagement across IG/TikTok; plans, creates, and curates content with the marketing team; tight cadence for stories, comments, and VIP groups, plus live sessions and cross-team content prep.

Ownership: content creation and platform storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and live video.
Operations: plan campaigns with marketing, manage content calendars, and prep assets for sales and drops.
Engagement: community management, comments, VIP groups, and influencer-led content adaptation.

Job Description

Strategize and plan with our marketing team for upcoming campaigns and ideas on how to bring Pink Lily to life
Bring products to life with creative and engaging content
Schedule, caption, and create engaging content on various Pink Lily platforms.
Assist with Live Videos on social media livestreams throughout the work week as needed
Support in creating Instagram stories throughout the week
Assist with attaining content for all upcoming sales, edits, collections, graphic drops, and more
Work with team to have items submitted and pulled ahead of time to be ready for content days with models
Thrive on content and stay up to date with social media platforms and their features
Assist with editing videos / TikTok / Reels and iPhone to post on social media.
Engage with customers through comments and VIP groups
