Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
Develop engaging posts (text, images, short-form video) aligned with Leadling’s brand
Maintain a consistent posting schedule (approx. 3–5 posts per week)
Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and respond as appropriate
Identify trends and recommend content ideas to increase reach and engagement
Collaborate with leadership on messaging, campaigns, and promotions

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram best practices
Ability to create simple graphics and/or edit short-form videos (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Strong written communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently and manage time efficiently
Interest in mortgage, sales, or B2B marketing is a plus
