Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit full-length podcast interviews into polished, release-ready episodes
Create platform-native short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Craft visually compelling content aligned with our brand identity
Select music that fits the content (suspenseful, inspirational, ambient) or the artist being discussed
Write captions tailored to each post and platform
Develop and implement social media and marketing strategy aligned with brand goals
Engage our online community and respond to comments and messages promptly
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach

Requirements

Editing podcast interviews and short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with a track record of strong engagement
Deep understanding of platform-specific trends and audience behavior
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager to boost well-performing organic content
Creative, collaborative mindset
Genuine passion for music, pop culture, the arts, well-being, personal development and mental health

Ego’s, volatility, burn out and public scrutiny, are just a few of the innumerable stressors that are inherent on this journey. Enduring takes a massive toll on our mental health. The podcast is hosted by former music executive, therapist & coach to artists, Samson Shulman. Through unfiltered conversation with both up and comer's & veterans of the field, the podcast seeks to disrupt the algorithm of today’s highlight-reel culture.
