Own and manage the end-to-end social media content pipeline for BeefCake Jerky, focusing on short-form video creation, posting, and community engagement across major platforms.

Responsibilities

Create Social Media Content
You will help produce frequent short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Developing video concepts, hooks, trends, challenges, and recurring content series.
Filming content independently and alongside other BeefCake team members.
Appearing on camera in videos when appropriate.
Editing short-form videos that are fast-paced, entertaining, and native to each platform.
Writing captions and selecting appropriate sounds, hooks, and posting formats.
Publishing and scheduling content across BeefCake’s social platforms.
Repurposing livestream moments and longer videos into short-form clips.
Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities BeefCake can act on quickly.

Requirements

Must be able to work in person in the Valley/Omaha, Nebraska area.
Must be comfortable appearing on camera regularly.
Must be willing to host TikTok Live sessions for extended periods.
Must have a strong working knowledge of major social-media platforms.
Must have basic short-form video filming and editing ability.
Must be able to speak clearly and confidently without relying entirely on scripts.
Must be comfortable selling products and directly asking viewers to purchase.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable and arrive on time.
Must be able to receive direct feedback and quickly make adjustments.

Preferred

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form content.
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Twitch, YouTube Live, or livestreaming.
Social-media management or content calendars.
Sales, retail, customer service, bartending, serving, or event hosting.
Acting, comedy, radio, podcasting, theater, announcing, or public speaking.
Affiliate marketing, social commerce, or creator partnerships.
Hunting, fishing, farming, fitness, sports, construction, automotive, or outdoor culture.
