Responsibilities

• Long-Form Content Creation
• - Plan, film, edit, and publish long-form YouTube videos (5-15+ minutes).
• - Develop structured videos with clear storytelling, pacing, and purpose.
• - Create content such as:
• - Day-in-the-life videos
• - Campus tours
• - Student interviews
• - Academic program highlights
• - Event recaps and features
• - Ensure all content aligns with La Sierra University's brand and messaging.

Requirements

• - Current La Sierra University student.
• - Strong interest in video production, storytelling, or digital media.
• - Experience in filming and editing video content.
• - Familiarity with YouTube content and best practices.
• - Ability to manage projects from concept to completion

Preferred

• Preferred Skills (Not Required)
• - Experience with editing software (Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
• - Basic understanding of lighting, audio, and composition.
• - Experience conducting interviews or directing on-camera talent.
• - Training will be provided.
