Responsibilities

• Create branded content (stagnant and video form) for our social media sites including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance.
• Assist with social content shoots including camera work, editing, and scheduling
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes.
• Stay up-to-date with firm news and events and creating content that reflects and projects our mission, brand, and successes.
• Experience filming and photographing for both horizontal and vertical content.
• Ability to self-manage projects, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Keeping up on the latest social media trends
• This is a full-time on-site position primarily working at our Beverly Hills and DTLA office locations, with some additional travel.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of two years prior experience with content creation, preferably for a law firm
• Excellent computer skills including Canva
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
• Minimum of a two-year degree
• Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy.

Preferred

• Experience filming and photographing for both horizontal and vertical content.
