Job Summary

Own the on-site video content engine for a landscaping business, turning project shoots into short-form social videos that educate, engage, and generate leads.

  • Content capture and production: film site walkthroughs, testimonials, and talking-heads to fuel social clips.
  • Content library and ideation: organize footage and brainstorm trends relevant to landscaping and home improvement.
  • Editing and optimization: add captions, hooks, and platform-ready cuts for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts to drive attention and inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit active job sites and completed projects to capture photo and video content
  • Film project walkthroughs, before-and-after transformations, and customer testimonials
  • Film talking-head videos with our team member who will be the face of the company
  • Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Edit videos with captions, transitions, and strong hooks
  • Organize content and maintain a content library
  • Help brainstorm content ideas and trends relevant to landscaping and home improvement

Requirements

  • Experience filming and editing short-form social media content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Ability to create engaging videos that generate attention and leads
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local job sites
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
