Responsibilities

• Manage Influencer Marketing Content Campaigns, including relationship building, outreach, and partner management
• Assist with building the strategy, scaling, and executing Brand Ambassador programs across key categories
• Prepare and disseminate campaign briefs for social media content and campaigns
• Track, measure, and report on Social Influencer Campaigns as well as Brand Ambassador KPIs and benchmarks, including interpreting data and providing recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and creative content formats, and identify rising topics of interest in the craft and art space.
• Oversee Social Moderation for TikTok, including responding to DM, viral comments and overseeing Social Moderation agency
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or related field
• Expert in social platform mechanics and best practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• 2-3 years of marketing experience or a related field
• Ability to organize and execute multiple projects
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent written & oral communication skills, with an ability to determine appropriate content & style for a diverse group
• Need to be highly organized, detail-driven, and data-driven
• Retail marketing background
