Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day workflow coordination across a 20+ person cross-functional team using Monday.com and other project management tools — tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Maintain and update content calendars, campaign trackers, and briefing documents across multiple titles and platforms simultaneously.
  • Lead campaign briefing logistics from kickoff through delivery — coordinating between creative, strategy, analytics, and client teams to keep every workstream on schedule.
  • Proactively surface resourcing needs, timeline risks, and priority conflicts before they become problems.
  • Build and maintain process documentation — workflow guides, status trackers, and team- facing project summaries — that keep the broader team aligned and informed.
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination between internal teams and external partners, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Support platform strategy, content planning, and social channel development across the client's portfolio of handles (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, and more).
  • Assist in guiding content execution at the post level, ensuring all content ladders up to broader campaign and channel goals.
  • Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to support always-on and campaign-based content strategies aligned with platform best practices and audience insights.
  • Help build and maintain strategic frameworks — channel roles, posting cadences, tentpole maps — to support content planning and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, digital marketing, or a project/production management role — ideally in entertainment, media, or agency settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on proficiency with project management tools — Monday.com experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Airtable a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and an instinct for building systems that keep teams moving efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of social platform mechanics, content formats, and voice — with curiosity about what makes content work across each channel.
  • Working familiarity with social tools such as Sprinklr, ListenFirst, and Sprout.
  • Clear, proactive communicator — reliable, organized, and quick to follow through.
  • Comfort using data to identify successes and opportunities, in partnership with analytics leads.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent ability to deliver on time with moderate guidance.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable working style across teams and projects.

Preferred

  • Some experience or exposure to briefing creative teams, talent, or influencer partners.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social strategy or how organic content can ladder into earned media.
  • Comfort navigating a larger organization or working across multiple stakeholders.
  • Any exposure to entertainment marketing cycles or title-specific social planning.
  • Familiarity with cultural research or trend forecasting tools.
  • A background in journalism, editorial planning, or creative production.
