Job Summary

Support and optimize Entourage Yearbooks' social channel presence by creating and publishing engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and integrating AI-enabled workflows to boost brand awareness and audience growth across ECS brands.

  • Own and execute social content workflows across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, including short-form video when applicable.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ideate campaigns, design assets, and apply AI tools to content creation and productivity.
  • Monitor engagement and analytics, adjust content plans, and contribute to campaign planning and measurement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Assist with short-form video creation, reels, trending content, and social campaigns
  • Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and social trends
  • Help grow brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across ECS brands
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign concepts and content ideas
  • Design social graphics, promotional materials, email assets, and digital marketing content
  • Assist with editing short videos and motion graphics for social media campaigns
  • Support marketing initiatives with creative visual content while maintaining brand consistency
  • Help brainstorm and execute creative campaigns around promotions, product launches, and company initiatives
  • Use AI tools to assist with marketing workflows, content creation, copywriting, ideation, video generation, and productivity

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms and trends
  • Basic graphic design experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable learning and using AI tools in daily workflows
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn
  • 4-year college degree preferred but not required based on experience
  • This is an in-office position
  • This position is in office at our Princeton, NJ Location

Preferred

  • Experience creating short-form social media videos and reels
  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Elevenlabs, Suno, or similar platforms
  • Basic video editing experience
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Interest in technology, marketing innovation, and creative storytelling
  • Photography or content creation experience is a plus
