Responsibilities

• Identify what assets a campaign needs, prepare clear creative inputs for the design team, and help shape the structure and messaging of campaigns before execution begins.
• Support the development of campaign calendars across multiple clients
• Identify required marketing assets and coordinate needs with the design team
• Help organize timelines, deliverables, and campaign priorities
• Ensure campaigns remain aligned with brand messaging and objectives
• Write and edit social media captions, email copy, and supporting marketing content
• Execute email campaigns including setup, testing, and deployment
• Support content calendar development based on campaign needs
• Maintain consistency of voice and messaging across platforms
• Schedule and publish content across client platforms

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, communications, or related field preferred
• Strong writing and copy editing ability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of social media platforms and email marketing fundamentals
• Comfort working with analytics and performance data
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Preferred

• Agency experience is a plus
• Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Flodesk, Drip
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer
• Understanding of marketing analytics
• Experience supporting campaign execution
