Job Description

Responsibilities

The Social and Digital Media Specialist will execute a comprehensive digital media strategy, focusing on content creation, platform management, engagement tactics, analytics, and compliance monitoring.
The specialist will manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent, interactive, and responsive communication reflective of the department's values.
Tailored engagement tactics such as contests and live sessions will foster community participation and audienceretention.
Regular analysis of metrics will inform data-driven decisions, optimizing strategies for greater impact while ensuring compliance with Navy directives throughout all digital communications.

Requirements

Experience within the Federal Government desired.
Education: HS Diploma/GED
