  • Create and schedule 3–5 Reels and 3–5 static/carousel posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Must-have: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Develop Reels, carousels, and static graphics
  • Write captions that align with our brand voice and messaging
  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
  • Schedule posts using social media scheduling tools
  • Repurpose training content, events, and promotions into social media posts
  • Collaborate with leadership on upcoming campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor comments and notify team of important engagement (light engagement)
  • 3–5 Reels (short-form video content)
  • 3–5 static or carousel posts

Requirements

  • Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Ability to create clean, engaging, and on-brand visuals
  • Understanding of short-form video trends and hooks
  • Strong writing skills for captions and calls-to-action
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with education, training, or service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other scheduling platforms
  • Basic understanding of content that drives engagement and conversions
