Job Description
Drive SNF admissions by growing referral networks and new business development in NYC, using skilled nursing marketing experience to meet census goals.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
- Create, manage, and monitor new business development plans
- Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.
Requirements
- Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospitals in Brooklyn, Queens, and metro NYC areas
