Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and optimize all Google Business Profile listings across all locations
Drive local SEO strategy to dominate “near me” and location-based searches
Build and execute multi-location SEO architecture (location pages, landing pages, structured data)
Manage and optimize listings across platforms (Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.)
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, improving ratings and reputation
Identify high-intent keywords and opportunities to capture demand
Optimize website performance (speed, UX, and conversion paths)
Track performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools
Support new store openings with pre launch and post launch SEO strategies
Provide insights to operations based on search trends and customer behavior

Requirements

2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated success across technical SEO, content development, and on-page optimization
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, ranking factors, and search behavior
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
Experience working in an agency or multi-account environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Monitor and analyze organic and local SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush and other third-party SEO tools
Track rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions to evaluate strategy effectiveness
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and client-facing reporting
Continuously refine strategies based on performance trends, algorithm updates, and evolving search behavior
