Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone and personality across video scripts, social captions and creative copy.
  • Identify relevant social and travel industry trends for timely content creation and audience development opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of branded social campaigns in close partnership with sales and partnerships teams.
  • Develop and maintain social-first, multimedia series and community engagement tactics that deliver against channel-specific KPIs and ladder up to overall brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage a daily publishing calendar that repurposes, repackages and scales editorial print and digital content into fresh formats.
  • Report on and analyze social performance to test, iterate and optimize content on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in social media management and branded content, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Deep understanding of platform-native storytelling and the content creation process, including best practices for short-form video and creative copy, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing detail.
  • Confident in client-facing environments and able to navigate feedback with clarity and professionalism.
  • Experience with project management software and social media tools (Sprout, Asana, Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut preferred).
  • A strategic thinker who understands how creative execution connects to revenue outcomes.
  • Passionate about the travel industry.
