Job Summary
Own R&G category vision and cross-functional NPD, turning shopper trends into yearly priorities and category growth across Retail, eCommerce, and eRetail.
- Growth ownership: define assortment guidelines, pricing, promotions, and volume targets aligned to business goals.
- Cross-functional NPD: coordinate development with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and global teams.
- Analytics and activation: monitor category performance, activation ROI, and sell-out using syndicated data from IRI, Nielsen, Numerator.
