Job Summary

Own launches end to end, run customer research, shape product area messaging, and drive cross-channel execution to turn releases into real usage.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own launches end to end. Run go-to-market for products and features across the portfolio–launch planning, cross-functional timelines, GTM readiness, internal communications, release documentation, and retrospectives. You are the operational quarterback who keeps launches organized, on schedule, and well executed.
  • Run the customer research program. Lead customer interviews, surveys, win/loss and churn conversations, and voice-of-customer synthesis. Turn raw feedback into clear, decision-ready recommendations for Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
  • Own messaging for a product area. Take positioning frameworks developed with the Lead PMM and translate them into value propositions, product narratives, and segment-specific messaging that hold up in front of real customers.
  • Bring product marketing to life across every channel. Work with Marketing and Design to execute customer-facing messaging across the website, product pages, lifecycle campaigns, launch communications, Help Center, sales collateral, and customer emails, so positioning shows up consistently throughout the customer experience.
  • Keep a pulse on the competition. Maintain competitive monitoring and battlecards, track how the fuel, payments, and fleet-management landscape shifts, and surface what it means for our GTM.
  • Measure and improve adoption. Define what launch success looks like, partner with Data Science to instrument it, and drive the post-launch work–education, lifecycle messaging, in-product touchpoints–that turns a release into real usage.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Management, or a closely related function at a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional product launches from planning through post-launch adoption
  • Hands-on customer research experience: you've run interviews, win/loss analyses, or VoC programs with minimal support and turned the findings into recommendations that changed a decision
  • Experience translating positioning into website copy, marketing campaigns, enablement materials, and in-product content
  • Strong writing and copywriting ability; you can make a complex product feel simple to a busy owner-operator
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the judgment to know what to escalate and what to just handle
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and building process where none exists
  • Curious, collaborative, customer-obsessed, and biased toward execution with a high bar for detail
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, marketplace businesses, logistics, or other high-growth environments where you've helped launch products, refine positioning, and drive customer adoption.

Benefits

  • - Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startup
  • - Multiple health benefit options
  • - Responsible Time Off
  • - 401(k) matching
  • - Opportunities and support for major career growth
  • - Annual Company offsite event (Mudfest!)
