Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and own segment-specific market intelligence by monitoring buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem trends and translating insights into differentiated positioning.
  • Develop value narratives for target buyers that clearly communicate business outcomes and accelerate purchasing decisions.
  • Own sales enablement for assigned segments, including pitch frameworks, objection-handling guides, ROI tools, and persona-based messaging.
  • Own partner and channel motions through joint value propositions, co-sell playbooks, integration narratives, and partner-specific messaging that support growth objectives.
  • Develop messaging that reflects how end customers experience billing and payments, not solely how organizations purchase technology.
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs, market challenges, buying behaviors, and decision-making processes.
  • Adapt communications and positioning strategies for diverse buyer personas, stakeholders, and market segments.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to influence positioning, launch readiness, and market feedback loops that improve customer outcomes.
  • Design and systematize AI-assisted Product Marketing workflows that improve research, competitive intelligence, launch execution, and team effectiveness.
  • Contribute to how the Product Marketing team evolves its operating model by introducing new methods, workflows, and approaches that strengthen market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing market positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, buyer behavior, and competitive differentiation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Alliances, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to both field-facing and executive audiences.
  • Ability to synthesize market intelligence from multiple sources and translate insights into business action.

Preferred

  • Direct experience in payments, fintech, billing technology, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience supporting partner and channel marketing motions.
  • Experience building sales enablement programs and tools.
  • Daily proficiency with AI-assisted research, workflow design, prompt engineering, and productivity tools.
  • Track record supporting simultaneous direct and partner go-to-market motions
