Job Description

Drive HR-focused product marketing and GTM initiatives for a B2B SaaS platform, shaping messaging and sales enablement to win across the HR lifecycle.

  • Lead differentiated positioning, high-impact messaging, and customer-facing content for HR lifecycle solutions.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Growth Marketing to design go-to-market plays that build pipeline and accelerate acquisitions and upsells.
  • Act as strategic partner to Sales and Enablement by developing playbooks, training, and tools to close deals faster.
  • Serve as primary SME on HR buyer personas to uncover insights and prioritize high-win use cases.

Must-have: 8+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS with an HR focus.

Standout: Proven ability to develop and execute GTM programs that drive product solution adoption.

Preferred

  • MBA from top tier school or work equivalent
  • 4+ years of engagement targeting HR personas
  • Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal supervision
  • Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven customer insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
  • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and innovative adoption programs
  • Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact
