Job Summary

Own CX go-to-market for SAP in consumer industries, aligning messaging, field campaigns, and GTM programs across product, sales, and partners.

  • GTM Ownership: Define buyer-focused positioning and collateral for CPG, Retail, Fashion, and Wholesale segments.
  • Demand & Enablement: Lead field events, digital campaigns, and sales tools that accelerate pipeline and win rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align product, sales, and partner teams on content, training, and market feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for SAP’s CX solutions in the consumer industries sector.
  • Define messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with key buyer personas (e.g., CMOs, CRO’s, Revenue Growth Managers, Merchandisers).
  • Lead competitive intelligence and differentiation strategies to position SAP as the leader in consumer industries CX solutions.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to execute field-level event-based and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create high-impact marketing and sales assets like whitepapers, case studies, battle cards, videos, webinars, and product briefs.
  • Act as subject matter specialist, collaborating with product management, sales, and corporate marketing to define content across the buyer’s journey.
  • Develop sales enablement tools (playbooks, training, ROI calculators) to empower SAP’s sales teams.
  • Conduct market and customer intelligence to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in consumer industries.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and industry teams to refine GTM strategies based on market feedback.
  • Work closely with partner marketing to drive initiatives to amplify reach and adoption.
