Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and consistent product messaging and positioning that differentiates GoodLeap in the market.
  • Create a wide range of marketing assets and sales enablement materials, including case studies, product datasheets, presentations, and website content.
  • Conduct in-depth market intelligence, gathering insights on competitors, customers, and industry trends to inform our product and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback and opportunities.
  • Partner with the sales team to provide them with the necessary training, tools, and collateral to effectively communicate our product's value.
  • Analyse the performance of product marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a product marketing role, ideally within the technology, fintech, or sustainability sectors.
  • A strong track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for software or financial products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across different departments.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
