Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for your product area, and make sure it ladders up to Aircall's overarching narrative, including verticalized messaging for key industries and segments.
  • Talk directly to customers and use those conversations, plus market research, to sharpen messaging and inform the roadmap.
  • Lead go-to-market for new feature releases: launch plans, enablement content, and the assets that carry your message (web copy, sales decks, case studies).
  • Build and maintain battlecards so GTM teams always have the latest competitive info.
  • Own the activation and engagement strategy for your product area, driving adoption through campaigns, in-app messaging, and lifecycle programs.
  • Partner with our integrations and ecosystem teams where relevant. Help articulate the value of joint solutions across our partner ecosystem.
  • Partner with product, marketing, enablement, data, and leadership to align on priorities and drive results.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of your initiatives. Use data to optimize strategy and report progress to leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in tech or at a startup, including at least 3 years in Product Marketing.
  • AI fluency: you build repeatable AI workflows, not one-off prompts, and know when to trust, challenge, or override the output. Your bar is better work, not more AI activity, and we'll ask you to prove it: as part of our interview, you'll solve a real business problem live, using AI tools of your choice, in a screen-shared session.
  • Strong project management skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to set measurable objectives.
  • A proactive communicator who takes initiative and manages projects with stakeholders across seniority levels, with little guidance.
  • An excellent storyteller who tailors messages to the audience.
  • Experience using HubSpot for emails is a plus.
  • Exposure to integrations, channel partnerships, or app ecosystem GTM is a plus.
  • A globally-minded person who works well with a diverse group of international colleagues.
  • A plus if you speak Spanish or German.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package & benefits
