Job Summary

Own the AI powered campaign analytics product from discovery to delivery, shaping the roadmap and backlog around marketing outcomes and customer value.

  • Own and prioritize the backlog translating campaign measurement needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define the product vision and release strategy for an AI analytics platform driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate across Analytics, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Data Governance to ensure data quality, explainable AI, and scalable architecture.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight into potential product features that provide value to customers.
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and release strategy for an AI-powered campaign analytics platform, aligning priorities to business goals and marketing outcomes.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating campaign measurement needs into epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that deliver measurable value.
  • Identify and drive high-impact use cases across acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and growth campaigns, supported by actionable insights and KPI-based success metrics.
  • Partner with Analytics and Engineering to ensure accurate campaign data, attribution methodologies, data quality, AI/ML workflows, integrations, and scalable solution architecture.
  • Design and validate AI-powered user experiences, including dashboards, alerts, recommendations, prompts, and workflows that deliver accurate, explainable, and impactful insights.
  • Lead Agile product delivery and cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data Governance teams to ensure successful execution, governance, and responsible AI practices.
