Job Summary

Own the strategy and delivery of identity data activation across enterprise MarTech and AdTech, focusing on future use cases, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment to drive client outcomes.

  • Identity data activation & MarTech/AdTech collaboration: orchestrate what data to use, how it’s activated, and how it scales across partners.
  • Governance and delivery: ensure compliance, privacy constraints, and quality delivery with delivery teams and agency partners.
  • Future-state roadmaps: translate constraints into actionable plans with a clear path to value for audiences and channel partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Epsilon People Cloud products and solutions in the current state, own and develop a vision for future growth through proposing new use cases, requirements definition and timing via roadmaps.
  • Foster and build cross-functional consensus with agency partners and delivery leaders to facilitate the use of identity & 1P/3P data in AdTech and MarTech environments.
  • Apply strategic thinking to create and manage a tech & data activation plan to achieve account goals tied to client outcomes.
  • Actively work to streamline engagement delivery, focusing on improving the value of identity-based audiences and their effectiveness when deployed to channel partners.
  • Be the guardian of data constraints, privacy regulations and legal compliance utilization of 1P & 3P datasets.
  • Work in a large, multicultural, and “matrixed” organization that is geographically dispersed.
  • Actively support collaboration internally with campaign operations, product delivery, audience strategy, and analytics to ensure accurate representation of tech and data capabilities.
  • Lean in as a MarTech leader to orchestrate across multiple solutions and products translating and adjusting the level of effort, expectations and capabilities across the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Ensure quality delivery of identity-based products by working directly with delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working with identity data from clean rooms and with identity resolution tech or tactics such as a CDP with activation experience for anonymous, pseudonymous and PII based use cases.
  • Mid-level depth of understanding of data collection practices across a customer lifecycle and journey. Experience staging data for a common CDP data architecture to enable enterprise customer insights, audience targeting, audience activation & campaign measurement.
  • Strong skills at communicating using PowerPoint and other visual tools, to demonstrate complex topics in simple terms.
  • Ability to effectively articulate direction towards a future state and clearly represent the path to achieve those tech and data goals with respect to constraints and dependencies.
  • Willingness to be pro-active and support a cross-agency community as the MarTech SME.

Preferred

  • Experience representing a clean room and/or CDP capabilities to internal stakeholders and clients that map to a long-term strategic plan.
  • Expertise and knowledge in the full ecosystem of MarTech and Data solutions.
  • Understanding QSR or franchise-based point of sale and offline data to enrich digital profiles.
  • Providing outputs related to tech and data health executive summaries, quarterly progress reports, and combining tactical work with forward-thinking growth plans.

  • Compensation Range: USD $128,000.00 - USD $192,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
