Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of paid social channels (primarily Meta and TikTok)
• Lead daily pacing, budget allocation, and in-flight optimizations
• Execute & Iterate on audience strategies & segmentation, creative testing, and campaign structure and scaling approaches
• Identify performance trends and proactively adjust strategy to maximize ROAS
• Develop and lead structured test & learn roadmaps
• Partner with stakeholders to align performance insights with broader business goals
• Develop full-funnel strategies across paid social, retail media, and emerging channels
• Identify and evaluate new media opportunities with AI-driven platforms, Beta opportunities, and new ad formats
• Collaborate with analytics, strategy, and client teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• 4-8+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or digital strategy
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta & TikTok, and familiarity with app marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into insights
• Experience building and presenting client-facing reports and decks
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of: Test & learn methodologies, Creative performance drivers, full-funnel media strategy
