Creative ownership: concept, script, and direct performance driven videos and static ads across digital channels.
Performance discipline: analyze data and drive iterations to lift campaign results.
Client leadership: manage briefs, timelines, feedback cycles, and stakeholder alignment from briefing to delivery.

Concept, script, and direct performance-driven marketing videos and static ads for clients across digital channels
Analyze performance data and develop innovative ideas for optimization and iterations that improve campaign performance
Ideate and write conversion-driven scripts for new ads
Ensure deliverables are met and content is delivered on schedule
Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for assigned clients, managing project timelines, client communications, feedback cycles, and stakeholder alignment from briefing through final delivery
Meet with clients to strategically identify and implement strategies that maximize ad spend and achieve KPIs
Analyze consumer target mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform compelling creative development
Review video assets and provide feedback using collaboration tools to ensure creative standards meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines
Complete and transfer deliverables to assigned clients and stakeholders
