Responsibilities

• End-to-end paid media strategy and execution for DTC ecommerce
• Budget ownership, pacing, and ROI across channels
• Acquisition efficiency (CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV)
• Creative testing frameworks and performance feedback loops
• Platform compliance, policy navigation, and account health
• Build, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Meta, and TikTok
• Manage full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
• Own day-to-day campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling
• Develop and maintain creative testing roadmaps with design and content teams
• Analyze performance daily and make data-backed optimization decisions

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Proven experience managing paid ads for CPG & DTC ecommerce brands
• Demonstrated success owning six- to seven-figure monthly ad budgets
• Deep platform expertise across: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Yahoo Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, AOV
• Experience owning paid media strategy end to end , not just execution

Nice To Have

• Experience in high-risk or restricted advertising categories
• Prior experience managing accounts under strict compliance or policy scrutiny
• Experience scaling paid media during rapid growth phases
