Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the Block LLP's Meta ad account for personal injury lead generation
  • Manage budgets responsibly while protecting cost per qualified lead (CPL) and cost per signed case (CPA) targets
  • Structure, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across acquisition and retargeting
  • Develop and execute a disciplined testing roadmap across creative, audiences, offers, and campaign structure
  • Monitor performance daily, diagnose volatility, and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Ensure tracking integrity across Meta Pixel, CAPI, offline conversions, CRM integrations, and attribution systems
  • Analyze funnel and intake data to improve lead quality and signed case rates
  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Leadership to drive scalable, profitable growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience (lead generation required; legal industry experience highly preferred)
  • Proven experience scaling budgets while maintaining CPL and CPA efficiency
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel lead generation strategy (cold acquisition, retargeting, and nurture)
  • Experience building structured testing frameworks and translating insights into scalable growth
  • High comfort level working daily in dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports
  • Experience optimizing for qualified leads and downstream conversion metrics
  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, CAPI, offline conversions, CRM integrations, and attribution models
