Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns focused on qualified leads and pipeline impact
  • Execute daily optimizations across budgets, bid strategies, audiences, placements, and creative
  • Lead creative testing strategy (hooks, formats, messaging, offers) in close partnership with design and content teams
  • Build and iterate on full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, and conversion) to capture and create demand
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and unlock growth opportunities
  • Improve conversion rates through better ad-to-landing page alignment and funnel optimization
  • Partner with analytics to ensure accurate pixel implementation, event tracking, and attribution
  • Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strict efficiency targets (CPL, CPA, pipeline contribution)
  • Develop and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap and share insights across teams
  • Stay current on Meta platform changes, betas, and best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Deep expertise in audience strategy, creative testing, and conversion optimization
  • Proven track record driving B2B lead generation (demo and/or self-serve signup motions)
  • Strong understanding of the role of creative in performance and ability to guide creative direction
  • Experience managing and scaling meaningful budgets with efficiency constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating performance data into action
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and attribution frameworks
  • Ability to operate as a senior IC with full ownership of strategy and execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Experience in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or performance marketing environments
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and offline conversion tracking
  • Experience with creative briefing and working closely with in-house or external creative teams
  • Exposure to incrementality testing, lift studies, or advanced measurement approaches
  • Working knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn, and email, and how paid social fits into broader demand generation
