Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, optimize, and scale paid ads initiatives.
- Own budget pacing, bid strategies, and channel-level performance.
- Partner closely with the creative team to test, iterate, and scale high-performing ad concepts.
- Analyze performance data and deliver clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, and overall efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience of managing and scaling paid ads campaigns
- Proven track record managing meaningful budgets with strong performance outcomes.
- Deep experience testing and iterating on a high volume of creative assets.
