Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CMO and RNG team to develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for RNG team, acting as the connective tissue between the Marketing and Commercial groups.
  • Define and drive messaging and thought leadership for the RNG business; craft & develop compelling stories, content and tools (e.g. presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos.) that land our RNG value proposition
  • Own content strategy and digital marketing campaign execution for key communication channels including website, blog, social, and paid advertising
  • Plan and execute RNG marketing initiatives at industry events
  • Collaborate with Government Relations team to monitor and understand industry policy developments
  • Partner with CMO and Director of Communications to plan and execute brand marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to support ad hoc content development and participation in trade shows and industry events as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in creating and deploying B2B marketing strategy, particularly through close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of social media program development and platform algorithms
  • Experience using e-communications platforms (e.g., Constant Contact or similar tools)
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus
