Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and channel management for the Tele Sales team, including partnership with Sales leaders & Customer Facing Colleagues (CFCs) through development of compelling value stories, sales narratives, and talk tracks that enable Sales to effectively communicate product benefits and drive acquisition and deliver on goals.
  • Own and optimize offer strategy to ensure strong channel ROIs and improvements in lead conversion.
  • Focus on warm lead sourcing and lead nurture strategies—including call and email sequencing, cadence optimization, and integration of high-impact lead sources.
  • Drive forecasting, results reporting for the Tele Sales channel, leveraging data to inform budget allocation and strategic decisions.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Product teams to support go-to-market execution for new product launches, refreshes, and campaigns—ensuring Sales colleagues have compelling, timely, and relevant marketing assets and offers.
  • Lead a structured test-and-learn agenda across offers, lead strategies, and sales engagement approaches to continuously optimize performance and improve ROI.
  • Identify, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance call effectiveness, customer experience, compliance, and growth across dual and non-dual sales teams (SBS and Corporate).
  • Partner cross-functionally to influence and secure alignment on strategic initiatives across the full prospect journey—from lead generation to conversion.
  • Lead development of clear, compelling, and compliant change management materials for Sales teams; ensure alignment and approvals across governance partners.
  • Identify and drive improvements to the end-to-end US SME application experience and disclosure accuracy across Phone-Assist and Digital pathways.
