Job Summary

Own the go-to-market and value-proposition storytelling for key applications, aligning cross-functional teams and mentoring junior marketers to differentiate product and application messaging across demos, whitepapers, and presentations.

  • Growth/Go-to-Market Ownership: Drive the GTM plan and market-facing messaging for target applications.
  • Value Proposition Synthesis: Synthesize stakeholder input to clearly articulate differentiation.
  • Content & Enablement: Create product- and application-level marketing content including demos, whitepapers, presentations, and videos; coach developing marketers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leads a cross-functional team to develop a Go-to-Market plan for target application areas
  • Works alongside integrated marketing counterparts to define and execute plans for market awareness and demand generation
  • Is the single source of truth to represent the value proposition and differentiation for – synthesizing input from internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentors junior product marketers to develop skills and understanding of product & application differentiation
  • Leads development of both product and application level marketing content for automated test and decide customer-facing messaging
  • Creates content including demos, whitepapers, presentations, videos and more.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience (preference for engineering background in a technical marketing role)
  • Team leadership and management experience – with emphasis on developing new leaders
  • Software-savvy, with deep understanding of software business models, programming languages, and AI technology
  • Strong familiarity and belief in NI software (LabVIEW, TestStand, Flexlogger, etc.) and NI hardware platforms (PXI and cDAQ/cRIO)
  • Exceptional strategic/business acumen – with ability to lead through influence
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing and presenting
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required (this is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided)
