Job Summary

Own and translate product messaging for Public Sector by embedding with engineering and PMM, naming frameworks, and UI copy that cut through security jargon for regulated buyers.

  • Translate complex security and compliance into clear product descriptions and in-app guidance.
  • Align internal naming with Public Sector messaging and UX copy with design teams across global teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Embed directly with Engineering and Product Management in sprint cycles
  • Participate in backlog grooming, roadmap reviews, and release planning
  • Ensure feature naming and in-product language reflect customer use cases and regulatory context
  • Define naming frameworks for features, modules, workflows, and APIs
  • Ensure terminology consistency across Agentforce Public Sector and Missionforce solutions
  • Align internal naming with external Public Sector messaging strategy
  • Prevent technical jargon drift and ensure clarity for Public Sector buyers
  • Translate complex security, compliance, and infrastructure capabilities into clear product descriptions
  • Support technical documentation, release notes, and in-app guidance
  • Partner with UX and design teams on UI copy and feature clarity
  • Ensure alignment with Public Sector regulatory requirements and mission-driven positioning
  • Incorporate security standards and compliance considerations into product framing
  • Align Agentforce capabilities with Missionforce narrative where appropriate
  • Serve as liaison between Engineering (India-based teams) and Global PMM and Field Marketing teams
  • Provide early insight into roadmap changes that impact messaging or customer positioning
  • Support readiness for future GTM launches by ensuring product definition is solid at the build stage
