Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the annual Performance Media marketing technology roadmap
  • Drive delivery of key mar‑tech initiatives in close partnership with Product and Engineering teams
  • Ensure continuity, stability, and maintenance of core paid media technical infrastructure
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and outcome measurement for technical initiatives
  • Support major Performance Media RFPs, including MMP and publisher‑specific evaluations
  • Partner with agencies to support data fidelity, integrations, and technical execution
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally on marketing technology needs across media and enterprise partners
  • Stay ahead of privacy, consent management, and evolving marketing technology requirements
  • Act as a paid media technical champion with Legal, Data Privacy, and Info‑Security stakeholders
  • Partner closely with channel leads across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, Brand Media, and RMN

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech integrations, and marketing technology stacks
  • Deep familiarity with pixels, APIs, SDKs, MMPs, and media platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other major publishers
  • Proven ability to build and evolve technology roadmaps from ideation through maturity
  • Experience supporting or participating in RFP processes with internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
