Own the end to end advertising and go-to-market execution, from strategy through post-campaign analysis, with cross-functional alignment, field marketing collaboration, and product messaging that moves launches and customer experience forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising strategies that support company growth and brand advancement
• Manage marketing campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans for targeted campaigns
• Partner with field marketing to design and deliver local and national programs across multiple channels
• Craft effective tactics for local marketing and sales initiatives in alignment with Spectrum’s overall brand
• Deliver compelling product messaging, including emotional value propositions for new product launches
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through strategic marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field
• 7+ years industry experience in consumer technology or related industries
• Experience managing major advertising campaigns
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced knowledge of marketing principles
• Efficient resource management and task prioritization skills
• Creative and strategic thinking abilities
• Relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
• Team management and motivation capabilities

Preferred

• 2-5 years' experience with marketing retail strategy, creative ideation, and go to market strategy for stores
• Experience managing traditional and online/social media planning
• Experience in brand management
