Own and drive brand strategy and storytelling for Training, Tennis, and Golf, translating category goals into campaigns, collaborating with Product and GTM, and leading a team to deliver measurable impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of brand strategies for Training, Tennis, Golf aligned to lululemon’s purpose, business priorities, and product roadmaps.
  • Translate category strategies into brand storytelling moments, creative briefs, and integrated campaigns across channels.
  • Partner with Product, Innovation, and GTM teams to identify key products, innovations, and seasonal priorities for global storytelling across your portfolio of activities.
  • Guide campaign and creative development from brief through execution—ensuring alignment, consistency, and performance.
  • Deliver seasonal playbooks and storytelling toolkits that equip global and regional teams with clear, compelling narratives.
  • Drive the 365 category offense for Training, Tennis and Golf, in partnership with Regional and Product teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports to deliver best-in-class work and support in their development journey.
  • Define KPIs and lead post-campaign analysis to inform future work and improve impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy, category marketing, or integrated brand management—ideally in apparel, performance, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience in building and scaling global brand campaigns and product storytelling across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of performance consumer culture in training, golf and/or tennis
  • Strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with clarity, creativity, and precision.
  • Experience managing agencies and internal creative resources.
  • Passionate about brand building, storytelling, and community connection
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.
